We already have an app. What does this add?
Most laundry apps stop at the order. doobi runs everything after it: routes, garment tracking, pricing, customer records.
Won't this clash with our aggregator?
No. Keep it running. An aggregator buys you discovery, and that is worth paying for the first time. What doobi is about is the second order: whether it comes back through them, or straight to you.
We don't have our own drivers.
You don't need a fleet. The driver app works with contracted drivers or a logistics partner.
Can we change our own prices and services?
Yes. Your catalogue, prices, discounts, delivery fees, timings and delivery zones are settings in your own dashboard, changed by you, with no code change and no ticket to us.
Who sets this up?
doobi handles it end to end. You send a logo and a price list; configuration, store listings, hosting and updates are covered.
Will my customers actually use an app?
Some will, some won't. The counter, tagging and routing run on doobi either way.
